We believe that the total, irresistible package is a cupcake that looks and tastes great, so our talented bakers craft the tastiest cupcakes using the finest of locally sourced and organic ingredients. If you stop by the shop, you’re likely to find us singing along to the radio as we bake cupcakes, ice cakes, make cake pops or brew fresh espresso.
Cup & Cake is a small local bakery and began as a project by cook and soon-to- be professional baker, Jaimie Stodler.
Opened in April 2011 as the first cakery in Queenstown serving only cupcakes and tea. The product line expanded to now cover cupcakes, cake pops and freshly baked cakes available in our fridge daily. We also bake sugar, chocolate and gingerbread cookies in various shapes. We have tea available, candles and various cookbooks available as well.

Since opening Cup & Cake, Jaimie has competed in various food challenges across New Zealand. With partner Bec Stanley, she won second place in MasterChef New Zealand 2014. She earned second place in the 2015 Glenorchy Local Wild Food Challenge and bronze in the Dilmah High Tea Challenge.
